Common use of Partnership Interest Clause in Contracts

Partnership Interest. Except as otherwise provided herein, the interest of each Partner in the Partnership and in all of the Partnership assets shall be as follows: UHF Investments, Inc. 1% Silver King Broadcasting of Dallas, Inc. 99% Such interest is hereinafter referred to as such Partner's "Partnership Interest" in the Partnership.
