Common use of Overtime and Calls Clause in Contracts

Overtime and Calls. 21.1 Except as otherwise provided, time worked by an employee on his regular assignment continuous with, before, or after the regularly assigned hours of duty, shall be considered as overtime and shall be paid at one and one-half times the hourly rate of pay in minimum increments of fifteen minutes.
