In addition to the other notice obligations of the Company provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the Company shall provide notice to the Practice, within five Business Days of receipt of knowledge thereof by the Company, of any notice from a Third-Party Payor that alleges a default under or intention to terminate or not perform its obligations under, or of any other material occurrence under, a managed care agreement. The Company shall also provide notice to the Practice of any Change of Control, within five Business Days after the occurrence of a Change of Control.
Other Notice. GAS reserves the right to conduct routine and emergency ramp inspections and pavement maintenance, as required, without prior notice to Permittee, to ensure that the Tie Down Space(s) are in compliance with this Agreement, remain free of hazards and satisfy all FAA and other regulatory requirements.
Other Notice. In addition to the other notice obligations of the Practice provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the Practice will provide, and will use its best efforts to cause each Physician to provide, notice to the Company of any (i) physical or mental illness or condition that impairs or may impair a Physician’s ability to provide the services required by this Agreement, and (ii) Physician’s dependency on, habitual use or episodic abuse of, alcohol or any controlled substances.

Notwithstanding anything herein, Chemport agrees to notify Amarin as promptly as possible of any incident pertaining to the Product or API that would require notification to any Governmental Body, including, but not limited to, fire, explosion, environmental event, serious injury or physical damage at the Facility or Chemport-controlled facility related to the API Third Party Materials, or Intermediate.

Notwithstanding anything herein, Equateq agrees to notify Amarin as promptly as possible of any incident it becomes aware of pertaining to the Product or API that would require notification to any Governmental Body, including but not limited to, fire, explosion, environmental event, serious injury or physical damage.
Other Notice. Except as provided in subparagraph A above, whenever express approval, agreement or consent is required by this document, the initiating party shall give written notice, in the manner described below in subparagraph C, and detailed information to the other party. The receiving party shall review the proposed activity and notify the initiating party, within sixty (60) days after receipt of notice of any objections to such activity. Any objections by a party shall be based upon its opinion that the proposed activity is inconsistent with the terms of the Conservation Easement.

By November 7, 2015, and as needed thereafter, the District will notify students, parents, employees, and other interested individuals at Seaside HS, Broadway MS, and Seaside Heights ES of: (a) the actions it is taking under this agreement to improve accessibility, including the provision of any interim steps required under section III.A(4); (b) any substantive revisions made to the District’s policies and procedures pursuant to section III.B, and where the policies and procedures can be found on the District’s website; (c) the District’s procedures for obtaining information about its accessible services and facilities and requesting accessibility assistance; and (d) the name and contact information for the District’s designated person.
Other Notice. (a) By July 7, 2015, the District will submit its initial notice pursuant to section III.C(2), which OCR will review and approve.

PMGAA and GAS reserve the right to conduct routine and emergency hangar and ramp inspections and pavement maintenance, as required, without prior notice to any company, organization or aircraft owner or operator to ensure that hangar, parking and storage spaces are in compliance with this Agreement, remain free of hazards and satisfy all FAA and other regulatory requirements.
