As used in this Agreement, the term "affiliates" shall include any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with the Company.
Other Entities. If Provider is a corporation, professional association, partnership, or other entity ILS Community Network may in its sole discretion exclude any officer or employee of such corporation, association or partnership from providing services under this Agreement.
