Office Records. The Contractor shall maintain a complete set of records for all locations noting all inspections and repairs completed. A separate daily log or diary for every person and vehicle employed on the contract shall also be maintained. Said log or diary shall fully describe the work or service performed by each individual on each piece of equipment and show all chargeable time to this contract for every twenty-four-hour (24) period. This record shall include the date and time of day the work was performed at each intersection, the description of work performed, and the name of the technician(s) that performed the work. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide monthly summaries accounting for one hundred percent (100%) of the work hours of the assigned technicians and related staff assigned to the City This shall include all assignments per the City’s scope of work and any shared time staffing other contracts.
