(a) Employees intending to take parental leave are required to give at least three months’ notice in writing and the application is to be accompanied by a certificate signed by an appropriate health professional certifying the date of delivery. When less than three months’ notice is given, approval will not be unreasonably withheld.

A Member shall notify to the General Council the introduction of or any changes in the application of restrictive import measures taken for balance-of-payments purposes, as well as any modifications in time-schedules for the removal of such measures as announced under paragraph 1. Generally, this would be someone at a middle to upper level of management. The responsible official shall be free of any personal conflicts for the purpose of making COI determination, e.g., a program manager who receives bonuses based on the total amount of sales may not be free of conflicts. The plan shall clearly identify the process that is required when notifying the EPA of any actual or potential COI and the actions that the company has taken or will take to avoid, neutralize, or mitigate the conflict.
