Common use of No Hazardous Materials Clause in Contracts

No Hazardous Materials. Such Parcel is free from all Hazardous Materials, including asbestos, other than commercially reasonable quantities of Hazardous Materials typically used in properties similar to such Parcel and permitted by all applicable Environmental Laws, and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence in form and substance satisfactory to the Majority Banks of such Parcel's compliance with this condition. 4.1.4

No Hazardous Materials. Such Parcel is shall be free from all Hazardous Materials, including asbestos, other than commercially reasonable quantities of Hazardous Materials typically used in properties similar to such Parcel and permitted by all applicable Environmental Laws, and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence in form and substance satisfactory to the Majority Banks of such Parcel's compliance with this condition. 4.1.4

No Hazardous Materials. Such Parcel is free from all Hazardous Materials, including asbestos, other than commercially reasonable quantities of Hazardous Materials typically used in properties similar to such Parcel and permitted by all applicable Environmental Laws, and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence in form and substance satisfactory to the Majority Banks of such Parcel's ’s compliance with this condition. 4.1.4The Company or Guarantor, if applicable, shall have executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent an affirmation of the Environmental Indemnity substantially in the form of Exhibit K attached hereto.

Such Parcel is free from all Hazardous Materials, including asbestos, other than commercially reasonable quantities of Hazardous Materials typically used in properties similar to such Parcel and permitted by all applicable Environmental Laws, and the Administrative Agent shall have received evidence in form and substance satisfactory to all of the Majority Banks of such Parcel's compliance with this condition. 4.1.4
