The Executive and the Company acknowledge that any employment, contractual or other relationship between the Executive and the Company terminated as of the Separation Date and that they have no further employment, contractual or other relationship except as may arise out of this Agreement. The Executive waives any right or claim to reinstatement as an employee of the Company, and will not seek employment, an independent contractor relationship or any relationship in the future with the Company.
