No Continuing Relationship. The Executive and the Company acknowledge that any employment, contractual or other relationship between the Executive and the Company terminated as of the Separation Date and that they have no further employment, contractual or other relationship except as may arise out of this Agreement. The Executive waives any right or claim to reinstatement as an employee of the Company, and will not seek employment, an independent contractor relationship or any relationship in the future with the Company.
No Continuing Relationship. Both parties to this Agreement acknowledge and agree that, subject to the provisions of Section 3.3(i), they have no expectation and have received no assurances that their business relationship will continue beyond the stated term of this Agreement or that either shall obtain any anticipated amount of profits by virtue of this Agreement.
No Continuing Relationship. A consumer does not, however, have a continuing rela- tionship with you if:
No Continuing Relationship. Neither SFN nor RPT shall employee a principal of the other as an officer, employee or consultant nor shall either appoint a principal of the other to its board of directors.

The Kentucky Oil Parties each acknowledge that none of them has any present relationship whatsoever with Memry other than as set forth in this Settlement Agreement, although AMT currently has a contractual relationship with Memry. The Kentucky Oil Parties will not make any representation to any third party that is inconsistent with this acknowledgment. If any of the Kentucky Oil Parties make any representation to third parties that is contrary to this paragraph, Memry shall be entitled to injunctive relief and specific performance of this paragraph.
No Continuing Relationship. From and after the Effective Time, the Companies will no longer have any attorney-client relationship with PH unless PH is specifically engaged in writing by a Company to represent the Company after the Closing Date and either the representation involves no conflict of interest with respect to any Seller or the applicable Seller consents in writing to such engagement. Any such representation will not affect the rights and benefits provided in this Section 5.14.
No Continuing Relationship. The Memry-Related Parties each acknowledge that none has any relationship whatsoever with the STC-Related Parties other than as set forth in this Settlement Agreement. The Memry-Related Parties express acknowledge that they are not agents nor are in any partnership with the STC-Related Entities. The Memry-Related Parties will not make any representations to any third party that is inconsistent with this acknowledgment nor will the Memry-Related Parties use this Settlement Agreement as the basis of any business dealings with third parties. If any of the Memry-Related Parties make any representation to third parties that is contrary to this paragraph, the STC-Related Parties shall be entitled to injunctive relief and specific performance of this paragraph.

You and the Company acknowledge that any employment, contractual or other relationship between You and the Company terminated as of the Separation Date and that You have no further employment, contractual or other relationship except as may arise out of any agreement entered into at a later date by and between the parties.
No Continuing Relationship. The parties acknowledge that they do not have any present relationship whatsoever with the other except as set forth herein. Neither party will make any representation to any third party that is inconsistent with this acknowledgment. If a party makes any representation to third parties that is contrary to this paragraph, the other party shall be entitled to injunctive relief and specific performance of this paragraph.
No Continuing Relationship. Independent contractors normally do not have a continuing relationship with the Research Foundation. Factor 7 Control their own assistants Independent contractors should not hire, supervise, or pay assistants at the direction of the department or program administrator. If assistants are hired, it should be at the independent contractor's sole discretion. Factor 8 Time to pursue other work Independent contractors should have enough time available to pursue other gainful work.
