Common use of Municipal Solid Waste Clause in Contracts

Municipal Solid Waste. Solid Waste resulting from or incidental to municipal, community, commercial, institutional, or recreational activities, or manufacturing, mining, or agricultural operations. Municipal Solid Waste does not include Construction and Demolition Waste or Hazardous Waste.

Municipal Solid Waste. Municipal Solid Waste shall mean Solid Waste resulting from or incidental to municipalactivities of Residential Service Units, communityMulti-family Units, commercialCity-Parish Municipal Facilities, institutionaland Additional Services, or recreational activities, or manufacturing, mining, or agricultural operationsincluding Garbage and Rubbish. Municipal Solid Waste does shall not include Construction and Demolition Waste or Hazardous Excluded Waste.
