Minimum Wage Rate. Any employee promoted after the ratification of this Agreement by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners will be placed at the minimum level of the appropriate pay range or will receive a four percent (4%) promotional increase, whichever is greater.

Minimum Wage Rate. The Contractor warrants that each employee, subcontractor employee, and any contract labor engaged in any way in work hereunder is paid a wage not less than what is generally known as the "Federal Minimum Wage" as set out in 29 USC, paragraph 206, and any amendments thereto. The Contractor shall produce proof of compliance with this provision to the satisfaction of the State when requested by the State. The State shall withhold payments due the Contractor hereunder until the Contractor has complied with this provision.

Minimum Wage Rate. The minimum wage rate for Costume Department Coordinators shall be subject to individual negotiation between the employee and the Employer. The Employer may engage a Costume Department Coordinator on an hourly basis or on a weekly “on-call” basis.   • Minimum Wage Rates It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this grant agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Minimum Wage The Contractor and the Surety, in consideration of the award of this Contract to the said Contractor, jointly and severally for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and successors or assigns hereby agree to pay all employees in and about the construction or performance of the work under this Contract in accordance with the schedule of wages contained in the Instructions to Bidders for work in any trade or occupation listed therein. The Contractor shall make wage reports as required by said Instructions.
