Meetings to be Held. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, upon written request from the Union or the Employer, the Employer and/or his designee shall meet with one (1) representative from each classification to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship. The meeting will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable day and time. With notice to the Employer the non-employee Union representative may also attend the Labor-Management meeting.

  • MEETINGS OF NOTEHOLDERS 14.1 The provisions of Schedule 5 shall apply to meetings of the Noteholders and shall have effect in the same manner as if set out in this Agreement.
