Mandatory Days. 3.1.1 Two (2) district directed days on Monday, August 24 and Tuesday, August 25.
Mandatory Days. Faculty’s attendance is required on six (6) days, subject to terms of this contract governing faculty absence. These six (6) days are: two (2) convocation days, two (2) campus days, one (1) faculty colloquium day and one (1) commencement day. Each full time faculty member must provide a full day of professional service on the mandatory contract days.
Mandatory Days. Pay for additional time beyond the base contract and normal workday will be granted. All employees (full-time and part-time) will be required to work three full Mandatory Days and will receive full pay for these days. Mandatory Days. 13 If the department schedules additional Mandatory Duty Days beyond the days 14 already observed (Fall Opening, Homecoming Weekend, University 15 Commencement, Slope Day), employees who do not otherwise receive 16 overtime shall accrue one half (1/2) hour of compensatory time, up to a 17 maximum of four (4) hours for each hour worked. Such time shall be banked 18 and may be scheduled in keeping with other general work orders. This 19 provision shall not apply to emergency details. NOTE: Switching Homecoming 20 for Dragon Day.

  • Pay Days The Employer shall pay salaries and wages every second Thursday in accordance with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages (including hourly rate), overtime and other supplementary pay and deductions. The Employer shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond the Employer's control.

  • Business Days If any time period for giving notice or taking action hereunder expires on a day which is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday in the state in which the Company’s chief executive office is located, the time period shall be automatically extended to the business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

  • Lieu Days Where an employee is granted a lieu day pursuant to Clause 17.3 or 17.4 of this Agreement, the time off granted will be seven (7) hours per lieu day for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee.

  • Days Unless otherwise specifically indicated to the contrary, the word "days" as used in this Lease shall mean and refer to calendar days.

  • Duty Days The duty days for employees of the Board shall be as indicated in Appendix A, Schedule of Classifications. The Board will require 190 duty days for ten-month employees, 212 duty days for 11-month employees, 249 duty days for 12-month employees. In the event that the Board of Education or the Superintendent closes the school system to all employees during the Winter Break, bargaining unit members who would otherwise be required to work shall will be placed on paid Administrative Leave and those days will be counted as duty days.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • Thirty Day Payments Upon receipt of a billing statement that complies with all invoice requirements set forth in this Article, the State shall make a good faith effort to pay the amount which is due and payable within thirty (30) days.

  • Bereavement Days In the case of bereavement of immediate family (as defined in article IX.G.1 below), employees will be given three (3) days that do not count against personal or sick leave. Additional bereavement days taken will be deducted from sick leave.
