Common use of Local Funds Clause in Contracts

Local Funds. Grantee shall provide Local Funds as provided in Exhibit A. Payments to Grantee of Grant Funds will be made for Project expenditures reported by Xxxxxxx and submitted to and accepted by the State for payment based on the ratio of required Federal Funds and Local Funds for which Xxxxxxx has submitted to the State.
