Except in emergency situations written notice of any on- going change in hours of work or work schedule shall be given to each affected Employee. The Manager or Manager’s designate will provide as much notice as possible, but at least two (2) weeks’ written notice. Human Resources will notify the Union, in writing, of such changes.
Except in emergency situations. Employees that volunteer to work a community or school event shall be paid 1.5x the employee’s hourly rate for each hour worked after 7:00 p.m.
Except in emergency situations and/or except when SBC-13STATE network reliability is at risk, Collocator will initiate the repair and maintenance process by contacting SBC- 13STATE LOC. Collocator-owned fiber optic facilities and central office terminating equipment will be repaired and maintained only upon the request and direction of the Collocator. In an emergency, SBC-13STATE may perform necessary repairs without prior notification or both Parties agree to delineate methods and procedures for emergency notification handling with the LOC. The labor rates applicable to Virtual Collocation are contained within the state specific Appendix Pricing that apply to SBC- 13STATE central offices and SBC-13STATE CEVs, Huts and Cabinets for all maintenance and repairs performed at the direction of the Collocator by SBC-13STATE.

Tenant shall permit Landlord ------- or its Agents, with notice and a Tenant escort, to enter the Premises, without charge therefor to Landlord and without diminution of Rent. (i) to examine, inspect and protect the Premises and the Building, (ii) to make such Alterations and repairs or perform such maintenance which in the reasonable judgment of Landlord may be deemed necessary or desirable in accordance with Article 12, (iii) to exhibit the same to prospective purchasers of the Building or to present or future Mortgagees or (iv) to exhibit the same to prospective tenants during the last nine (9) months of the Term and to erect on the Premises a suitable sign indicating the Premises are available.

(e.g., situations involving a risk of bodily injury to persons or damage to tangible property, or an interruption in Customer service) or as otherwise provided in this Agreement, if the Interfering Party is unable to remedy the Impairment, then the Impaired Party may temporarily discontinue the use of or disconnect the affected circuit, facility or equipment with at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice to the Interfering Party of the need to correct the condition within said time period or other timeframe as the Parties may mutually agree; provided however, that the Impaired Party takes such action in a nondiscriminatory manner across all Impairing Parties.
