Licence Term. 2.1 This Agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance as described in the second paragraph of this Agreement and shall remain in force until:
Licence Term. 11.1 This Licence shall continue in force until terminated by You, by Kigen or by expiry (in the case of a time-limited licence, if referred to as such in the Quotation).
Licence Term. 5.1 Subject to clauses 2.3 and 9, the Agreement shall be effective from the Effective Date, and shall continue to be effective during the Term (as defined in clause 2.1). For the avoidance of doubt, after expiry of the Term, this Agreement shall continue to the minimum extent and period necessary to provide the limited non-exclusive licence for after sales service required by any Applicable Laws referred to in clause 2.3.
Licence Term. Except where otherwise specified in Item 37 of the Order Form or in the applicable Module Terms, the licences granted under clauses 17.2 and 17.4 will be perpetual in relation to the purposes specified in those clauses.
Licence Term. The Licence commences on the Commencement Date and continues until termination of this agreement under clause 8.
Licence Term. 2.1. This Agreement shall come into force on the Commencement Date and, except if terminated in accordance with Clause 3.1 or Clause 10, shall continue in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years from the Commencement Date (the “Initial Term”).

If no Licence Term ic indicated in the Order Form, the Licence Term ic one year following initial utilication, at the moct two yearc following conclucion of the Licence Agreement, unlecc a different term recultc from the cpecific Rightc of Uce agreed upon.
Licence Term. The Licence Term is defined by the length of service stated in the purchase order that was submitted to either an IRIS Partner or directly to IRIS Connect, starting from the time of delivery of the hardware or creation of the “Organization” on the IRIS Connect Application, whichever, is later. Save as otherwise set out herein, in the event of the IRIS Connect application being unavailable for more than a week (5 working days) the Organization licence will be extended by the number of days of non-availability. The Organization will be notified of the additional number of days by email to the Organization Administrator. This does not include if the loss in service is due to changes at the Organization’s network infrastructure or issues localised to the Organization.
Licence Term. Unless this Licence is terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, you have the right to use the Services in accord- ance with this Licence upon payment of the Subscription Fee in accordance with clause 10.
