ISPS Code. Each Borrower shall comply with the ISPS Code and in particular, without limitation, shall:
ISPS Code on the Drawdown Date of the Delivery Advance for a Ship, the relevant Borrower shall have a valid and current ISSC in respect of that Ship and such Ship shall be in compliance with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code. 7.1. The rights and obligations of either Party are subject to any licence, approval and authorisation which may be required by any competent authority.

ISPS Code. 37.1 The Manager shall comply with the requirements of the International Code for the Security of Ships and of Port Facilities and the relevant amendments to Chapter XI of SOLAS (ISPS Code) relating to the Vessel and “the Company” (as defined by the ISPS Code). If trading to or from the United States or passing through United States waters, in addition to ensure that the Vessel has been issued with a COFR, the Manager shall also comply with the requirements of the US Maritime Transportation Security Act 2002 (the “MTSA”) relating to the Vessel and the “Owner” (as defined by the MTSA).
ISPS Code. The Owner shall, and shall procure that the Manager shall, at all times after the Delivery Date comply and be responsible for compliance by itself and by the Vessel with the mandatory requirements of the ISPS Code, and ensure that the Vessel has a valid International Ship Security Certificate.
ISPS Code. The Borrower shall, and shall procure that the Manager shall, at all times after the Delivery Date of a Vessel:

Each Obligor shall, and shall procure that the Manager shall, or, in the case of a Collateral Vessel subject to a Charter which is a demise or bareboat charter to a Person who is not a member of the Guarantor Group, shall procure that the Charterer of such Collateral Vessel at all times shall:
