Inactivity. If you do not log on for one hundred eighty (180) days or more and have no outstanding scheduled Payments or transfers through eBanking, Mobile Deposit and Bill Payment, we may cancel your Service without further notice.
Inactivity. If you do not access or use the Bill Payment Service for a period of more than ninety (90) days, we may in our sole discretion, terminate your access to and use of the Bill Payment Service without notice to you.
Inactivity. If you do not use or re-load a Campus Cash account for six (6) consecutive calendar months the Account will be considered inactive and you may be charged a monthly Inactivity Fee. If a Campus Cash account is inactive for 12 months and has zero value it will be closed.
Inactivity. Cards unused and or idle for twelve (12) months or more with a zero (0) balance will automatically be closed. Should that occur an application and credit approval would be required to establish a new Card account. Inactivity. At the time your Card is due to expire, if your Account has been inactive for a period of 23 months, we will not reissue another Card and your Account will be closed. You will then be required to re-apply and be re-qualified to use a Card.

If Electronic Banking Services deactivates, your Bill Pay Service will also be deactivated. TSB reserves the right to cancel your BPServices at any time without notice, at our sole discretion, with or without cause and for any reason by way of terminating your access to the BPService. If your BPService is cancelled, the bill payments you have scheduled will not be processed. TSB also reserves the right to deny any future requests for enrollment into BPServices, at our sole discretion, with or without cause and for any reason. Support TSB has Support Staff available for the Bill Pay Service with the Chat Now link or you can call 0-000-000-0000. Support is available Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. ET. The TSB Electronic Banking Department staff are also available by phone at (000)000-0000 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET – Monday thru Thursday or 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET on Friday, except Federal holidays. All support staff will be required to verify your identity before providing assistance with functionality, questions and concerns. Correspondence emails for bill payment coming from TSB OneClick™ or TSB Business BillPay-eTM will be delivered from the email address xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. To ensure delivery of emails, please add this email address to your safe senders list in your address book.

Inactivity. 2.6.1. The Account shall be considered inactive if, after one (1) year, no transaction (excluding fees) has been done to the Account.
