Geotechnical Report. (Select which one of the following applies, and supply the needed information.) [ ] A Geotechnical Report has been prepared by (insert), and dated , 201 , which report is incorporated in this Agreement by reference and is either attached to it or has been made available in its entirety to Design-Builder. [ ] No Geotechnical Report is incorporated herein.
Geotechnical Report. The Owner shall provide to the City’s Planning and Development Services Department, prior to submission of any required engineering drawings or application for subdivision approval, 3 copies of a modified geotechnical report (upon which the City shall rely to prevent any damage to property or injury to persons from occurring as a result of problems with soil slippage or soil instability related to this proposed subdivision), prepared by a professional engineer competent in the field of hydro-geotechnical engineering to address the items below:
Geotechnical Report. A geotechnical report prepared by a licensed soil engineer satisfactory to Lender showing the locations of all borings, containing boring logs for all borings together with recommendations for the design of the foundations, paved areas and underground utilities for the Project, confirming that there are no mining facilities, sink holes or voids beneath the Land, confirming that no conditions exist which could cause subsidence of any portion of the Land and showing no state of facts which could adversely affect the Project.
Geotechnical Report. See Section 3.5, Subsurface Characterization.
Geotechnical Report h. Final construction plans for the improvements in Lake Xxxxxx Drive and the 40’ ROW. Plan and Profiles for the curb and gutter alignments in both right- of-ways.
Geotechnical Report. Borrower shall submit for review and approval by Lender a geotechnical report (soils test) covering the Real Property, which geotechnical report shall be in form, scope and substance acceptable to Lender.
Geotechnical Report. E2.1 Further to C3.1, the geotechnical report is provided to aid the Contractor’s evaluation of the pavement structure and/or existing soil conditions. The geotechnical report is contained in Appendix ‘A’.
Geotechnical Report. A geotechnical report shall be provided covering all bridges and retaining walls. The preliminary geotechnical report shall include enough information to support foundation design calculations and backfill design requirements. The final geotechnical report shall have recommendations consistent with those used in the final structural design.
