  • Investment of Funds in the Accounts The Trustee may direct any depository institution maintaining the Certificate Account or the Reserve Account, if any, for the Series and any other segregated Eligible Account, which Eligible Account shall be a Securities Account the contents of which are held for the benefit of Certificateholders of such applicable Series (each, an "Account"), to invest the funds therein at the specific written direction of the Depositor in one or more Eligible Investments bearing interest or sold at a discount, which shall be held to maturity unless payable on demand and which funds shall not be reinvested upon the maturity or demand for payment of such Eligible Investment. If the Depositor does not provide any investment directions by 10:00 a.m. on any Business Day, funds held in any Account will be invested in the Eligible Investments specified in clause (iv) of the definition thereof until receipt of investment directions to the contrary.
