EXECUTION OF BID. By submitting a response to this Invitation to Bid, the bidder agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract and to be bound by such terms and conditions if selected for award. The bidder must submit the Contract Signature Page with the signature of an authorized representative no later than the date of the final award.

EXECUTION OF BID. Bid must contain an original signature of authorized representative in the spaces provided. Bid must be typed or printed in ink. Use of erasable ink and penciled bids will not be accepted. ANY AND ALL CORRECTIONS MADE BY XXXXXX TO HIS/HER BID MUST BE INITIALED.
EXECUTION OF BID. The Bid must contain a manual signature of the dealer principal and an authorized representative when applicable in the space provided on the Specifications and Bid Form. Failure to properly sign and submit the Specifications and Bid Form will invalidate the Bidder’s submission and it shall NOT be considered for award.   • EXECUTION OF CONTRACT 20.1 Depending on the type of service provided, one of the following methods will be employed. The method applicable to this contract will be checked below:

Only such of the Bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A manually executed by the Trustee, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this Indenture, and such certificate of the Trustee shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds so authenticated have been duly authenticated and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this Indenture.

  • Execution of Agreement The HSP represents and warrants that:

No request for payment by the Contractor for a Change Order shall be due, nor shall any such request appear on an Application for Payment, until the Change Order is executed by the Owner.
