Evidence of Loans; Notes. (a) The Term Loans made by each Lender with a Term Loan Commitment are evidenced by this Agreement and, if requested by such Lender, a Term Note payable to such Lender in an amount equal to the unpaid balance of such Term Loan held by such Lender.
