  • Equipment and Software To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment and software that we may specify from time to time.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services.   • Removal of Equipment and Materials Within 30 days after completion of the requirements of this contract, PURCHASER shall remove from the areas of operations, and other property owned or controlled by STATE, all equipment, materials, and other property PURCHASER has placed or caused to be placed thereon that is not to become the property of STATE. It is agreed that any such equipment, materials, and other property that are not removed within 30 days, shall become the property of STATE and may be used or otherwise disposed of by STATE without notice or obligation to PURCHASER or to any party to whom PURCHASER may transfer title.   • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.
