This Agreement constitutes and any other agreement or document delivered in connection with this Agreement, state the entire agreement between and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to on the subject matter contained in of this Agreement Agreement, and supersedes supersede all prior previous agreements, arrangements, communications and understandings and negotiations between the partiesrelating to that subject matter.
