ELECTRICAL AND OTHER UTILITIES. 1. The LESSEE has the option to install its own back-up generator unit/s to ensure uninterrupted and continuous power supply to the Leased Premises, in the event of breakdown of LESSOR's back-up generator. For this purpose, LESSOR shall provide adequate spaces with the Leased Premises for such installation, as well as adequate ventilation and exhaust vents for said generator, at the expense of the LESSEE. The LESSEE shall provide the LESSOR with all the required specifications for this purpose.
