ELECTRICAL AND OTHER UTILITIES. 1. The LESSOR shall provide a back-up generator, acceptable to the LESSEE, with a total capacity of at least one thousand five hundred (1,500) kilovolt amperes (“KVA”), equipped with an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), and should be capable of supplying power requirements for an uninterrupted gaming operations in the area/facility and can provide 100% back up power for the electrical and air-conditioning requirements of the Leased Premises in the event of electricity shortages and power interruptions.
