Common use of Effective January Clause in Contracts

Effective January. 1, 2018 a 1.0% general increase will be applied to all classifications and rates as per the attached Schedule A-4. Effective July 1, 2018 a 1.25% general increase will be applied to all classifications and rates as per the attached Schedule A-4b.

Effective January. 1, 2018 2017 a 1.0% general increase will be applied to all classifications and rates as per the attached Schedule A-4A-3. Effective July 1, 2018 2017 a 1.25% general increase will be applied to all classifications and rates as per the attached Schedule A-4bA-3b.

Effective January. 1, 2018 2015 a 1.0% general increase will be applied to all classifications and rates as per the attached Schedule A-4A-1. Effective July 1, 2018 2015 a 1.25% general increase will be applied to all classifications and rates as per the attached Schedule A-4bA-1b.

Effective January. 1, 2018 2016 a 1.0% general increase will be applied to all classifications and rates as per the attached Schedule A-4A-2. Effective July 1, 2018 2016 a 1.25% general increase will be applied to all classifications and rates as per the attached Schedule A-4bA-2b.
