Effective Date and Term. This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by the Parties, and remain effective until all equity interests held by Party B in Party C have been transferred or assigned to Party A and/or any other person designated by Party A in accordance with this Agreement.

Effective Date and Term. 2.1 The amendments to the Agreement as set out in this Twenty-Fifth Supplemental Agreement shall have effect from the Effective Date and shall cease to have effect when the Agreement shall cease to have effect.

It may also be terminated by either Party with prior written notice of at least ninety (90) days to the other Party of its intention to terminate.
