Educational Resources. 1. Additional educational resources and material provided by Ascientia to the Student are proprietary to the Company and must not be distributed to any third party unless an agreement is made with Ascientia. Unauthorised distribution will lead to a breach of this contract.

As part of this agreement and upon approval from JCSD, TSC agrees to provide a member of our staff twice per fiscal year to speak on current issues involving the HVAC profession to a HVAC class in Technology Center. This presentation will be coordinated with the instructor that is directing the program. The speaker will be involved in a managerial, or lead technician role.

Educational Resources. The Parties agree to, individually, together, and with Schools, make best efforts to: Introduce more culturally relevant educational resources and activities in all subject areas for all students, such as through Board/Authority Authorized courses, and for events and ceremonies that takes place at a School; and Offer English First Peoples 10, 11 and12, BC First Peoples 12 and Contemporary Indigenous Studies 12 and residential schools curriculum; The Parties will, with the First Nation providing leadership and direction, work together to address the history of the Indian residential school system through the development and implementation of curriculum, materials and resources, and through professional development opportunities, in a sensitive and appropriate manner. The Parties will work in partnership to develop and implement First Nation language programs. With regard to intellectual property rights, the Parties acknowledge article 31 of UN Declaration:
Educational Resources. Residents/Fellows shall continue to have access to the Xxxxxx Medical Library and UpToDate (or whichever evidence-based clinical decision support resource supported by the Xxxxxx Medical Library). Should a Resident/Fellow believe a specific resource is needed and not readily accessible, the Resident/Fellow shall request the resource from their program department leadership, upon which the program department shall evaluate and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the requested resource is necessary and/or should be provided.
Educational Resources. The parties may use free or low-cost open education resources in courses offered. KISD shall be responsible for purchasing all required student textbooks, supplemental materials, supplies, and operational equipment.
Educational Resources. The conservation of the Open Space Premises will provide opportunities to educate the public about environmental resource and stewardship issues. These and other conservation values of the Premises, as well as its current uses and state of improvement, are described in a Baseline Documentation Report (“Baseline Report”) prepared by Grantee with the cooperation of the Grantor, consisting of maps, photographs, and other documents and on file with the Grantee and referenced herein. The Baseline Report (i) is acknowledged by Xxxxxxx and Grantee to be a complete and accurate representation of the condition and values of the Open Space Premises as of the date of this Conservation Restriction, (ii) is intended to fully comply with applicable Treasury Regulations, and (iii) is intended to serve as an objective information baseline for subsequent monitoring of compliance with the terms of this Conservation Restriction as described herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties may utilize any evidence of the condition of the Open Space Premises at the time of this grant other than the Baseline Report, should the Baseline Report be unavailable or if it does not adequately address the issues presented.
Educational Resources. (a) CSIRO will, in consultation with the WY Claimants, develop by 2010 a specific community and school educational resource focused upon astronomy, the MRO and the Project, which will include references to the WY Claim Group's culture, history and involvement in the Project.
