By taking this step, Student (1) certifies he/she has read this Contract in full and understands and agrees to all its terms and conditions; (2) agrees to pay all charges arising under this Contract and any extension thereof when due and in accordance with the regulations of The University of Texas at San Antonio, together with all fees and other costs for the collection of any amount not paid when due as specified herein; and (3) acknowledges the University will not grant the license described herein unless personal guarantee of payment of all charges or obligations under this Contract is made by you.

  • Summer Students a) Summer Students shall not be employed while Employees on Seniority List A or B are on lay off in their respective trades.

  • Promotional Opportunities Each university shall promote upward mobility of employees by announcing opportunities as they occur. In all cases, it is the employee’s responsibility to make proper application for such positions. If a teacher will be providing instructional or other services to a medically fragile student, the teacher or another adult who will be present when the instruction or other services are being provided will be advised of the steps to be taken in the event an emergency arises relating to the student's medical condition.

  • STUDENTS AND BUSINESS APPRENTICES A student or business apprentice who is present in a Contracting State solely for the purpose of his education or training and who is, or immediately before being so present was, a resident of the other Contracting State, shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned State on payments received from outside that first-mentioned State for the purposes of his maintenance, education or training.
