Declaration of Compliance. Within 90 days of the HSP’s fiscal year-end, the Board will issue a Compliance Declaration declaring that the HSP has complied with the terms of this Agreement. The form of the declaration is set out in Schedule G and may be amended by the LHIN from time to time through the term of this Agreement.

Declaration of Compliance. Within fifteen (15) days following the Objection/Exclusion Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall provide Class Counsel and Defense Counsel with a declaration attesting to completion of the notice process set forth in this Section VIII.B, including an explanation of efforts to resend any Class Notices returned as undeliverable.
