Communication Networks. 11.1 The Customer acknowledges that the Services are provided through the communication networks (including the Internet) and confirms that the Customer understands the risks involved in such communication networks and is satisfied with the security measures taken by the Bank against such risks.

Communication Networks. You acknowledge that the System may depend on communication networks to transmit alarm signals, including telephone, cellular, internet, and other communications equipment installed at your premises. In some cases, these networks may fail, which may result in us not receiving or not being able to verify an alarm signal. We are not required to supply monitoring service to you while any such failure continues. In no event will the Bell Parties be liable for any loss or damages arising from the failure of any communication network.

Communication Networks. The Customer acknowledges that the Services are dependent on and provided through communication networks (including the Internet), and the Customer confirms that the Customer understands the risks involved in such communication networks and is satisfied with the security measures taken by the Bank and itself against such risks and agrees that such measures are commercially reasonable. The Customer shall bear responsibility for making the necessary arrangements to connect with the System through the communications network.
