Clothing Reimbursement Sample Clauses

Clothing Reimbursement. In the event a teacher is acting within the scope of his/her professional employment and a teacher without fault or negligence on his/her part, shall suffer damage to his/her personal clothing of at least ten dollars ($10.00), the Board shall reimburse the teacher for such damage in excess of ten dollars ($10.00), but only up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100.00). The Board may require such subrogation, assignment and full cooperation by such teacher in seeking recovery from any party responsible for such loss.

Clothing Reimbursement. Employees, with the exception of salaried teachers/kaiako, shall receive $1.50 per day as reimbursement for clothing purchased except where a uniform is provided by the employer.
Clothing Reimbursement. An Officer who is required to provide and wear ordinary clothing as part of regular duties, shall receive annual plain clothes, clothing allowance in the amount of one thousand, two hundred dollars ($1,200.00). Clothing Reimbursement. (a) Members regularly assigned to perform their duties in plainclothes shall receive a clothing reimbursement of $1,100.00 per year, to be paid quarterly. In order to be entitled to the reimbursement, the member must submit itemized receipts for clothing suitable to the duties being performed. The reimbursement for such clothing shall not be unreasonably denied.
