Common use of Certificate of Completion Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Completion. 2.3.1 After installation of the Generating Facility, the Interconnection Customer shall return the Certificate of Completion to the Utility. (See Attachment 5.) Prior to parallel operation, the Utility may inspect the Generating Facility for compliance with standards which may include a witness test, and may schedule appropriate metering replacement, if necessary.
