Cellular Phones. The Employer will reimburse employees to a maximum of $100.00 per month toward the cost of receipted cellular telephone costs in addition to employment-related long distance charges. It is understood that first time in-car installation will be paid by Employer. Employees will be permitted to apply the unused portion of the monthly allowance maximum towards reducing the amortization costs related to the purchase, leasing and/or annual licensing costs. It is understood that this provision applies only to those employees eligible to claim such costs under the cellular phone policy. It is further understood that the National Secretary-Treasurer's Office will develop a form which must be used by employees making claims under this provision. Claims under this provision cannot be made retroactively.

Cellular Phones. The County shall provide nurses whose practice requires field work with a functional, reliable mobile communication device (e.g., cellular phone). Such mobile communication devices shall be used pursuant to County policy. A nurse may request a stipend in accordance with County policy in lieu of a County-provided device.
Cellular Phones. If the Department allows CIA members to use cellular phones in the performance of their job-related duties, the Department shall either provide the cellular phone or reimburse the reasonable and necessary costs associated with job-related personal cellular phone usage.

Cellular Phones. Subject to budget limitations, Sergeants will be issued cellular phones for business use. Sergeants who are issued cellular phones, shall not be eligible to be reimbursed for the cost of business calls that are made on personally owned cellular phones (see MOA March 12, 2009).
