Common use of Broker’s Commission Clause in Contracts

Broker’s Commission. PURCHASER and COUNTY hereby represent and warrant that each has not dealt with a real estate broker pursuant to the transaction herein, and PURCHASER agrees to hold COUNTY harmless from any claim or demand for commissions made by or on behalf of any broker or agent of PURCHASER in connection with this sale and purchase. PURCHASER agrees to pay all real estate commissions in connection with this transaction.
