Common use of Brokerage Commission Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Commission. No broker or finder has acted on behalf of the Seller in connection with this Agreement or in the transactions contemplated hereby and no person is entitled to any brokerage or finder’s fee or compensation in respect thereto based in any way on agreements, arrangements or understandings made by or on behalf of the Seller Group.
