Best Efforts. (1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement this settlement and to secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Ontario Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Ontario Action and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Quebec Action.

Best Efforts. (1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement this settlement Settlement Agreement and to secure the a prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Ontario Action as against the Settling Defendants in the Ontario Action and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action Québec Proceeding as against the Settling Defendants and to obtain a Dismissal Order in the Quebec ActionOntario Proceeding and the Alberta Proceeding. Pending approval of this Settlement Agreement, the Parties agree to hold the Proceedings in abeyance.

(1) The Parties shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement this settlement and to secure the prompt, complete and final dismissal with prejudice of the Ontario Action Proceeding as against the Settling Defendants in Defendants. Pending approval of the Settlement Agreement, the Parties agree to hold the Ontario Action and a prompt, complete declaration of settlement out of court of the Quebec Action as against the Settling Defendants Proceeding in the Quebec Actionabeyance.
