Common use of Before December Clause in Contracts

Before December. 1 in each of its Fiscal Years, the Borrower shall, on the basis of forecasts prepared by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, review whether it would meet the requirements set forth in sub-paragraphs (a)(i) and (ii) of this Section in respect of such year and the next following Fiscal Year and shall furnish to the Bank the results of such review upon its completion.

Before December. 1 31 in each of its Fiscal Yearsfiscal years, the Borrower shall, on the basis of forecasts prepared by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, review whether it would meet the requirements requirments set forth in sub-paragraphs paragraph (a)(ia) and (ii) of this Section in respect of such year and the next following Fiscal Year fiscal year and shall furnish to the Bank the results of such review upon its completioncompetion.

Before December. 1 31 in each of its Fiscal Financial Years, the Borrower shall, on the basis of forecasts prepared by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, review whether it would meet the requirements set forth in sub-paragraphs paragraph (a)(ia) and (ii) of this Section in respect of such year and the next following Fiscal Financial Year and shall furnish to the Bank the results a copy of such review upon its completion.

Before December. 1 I in each of its Fiscal Years, the Borrower shall, on the basis of forecasts prepared by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, review whether it would meet the requirements requirement set forth in sub-paragraphs paragraph (a)(ia) and (ii) of this Section in respect of such year Fiscal Year and the next following Fiscal Year and shall furnish to the Bank the results of such review upon its completionreview.
