Authority's Conditions Precedent. 2.3.1 The Authority shall satisfy or procure the satisfaction of the following Conditions Precedent as soon as reasonably possible and in any event by the Long-stop Date and give notice to the Operator no later than 5 (Five) Days after the date of satisfaction of each condition; provided that the Authority shall not be obligated to procure the satisfaction of any of the following Conditions Precedent unless the Operator has fulfilled its Conditions Precedent specified in Article 2.2.2.
