Common use of Appointment, Powers of Distribution Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment, Powers of Distribution Agent. Each of the Lenders, by its entering into this Agreement, hereby appoints and authorizes the Distribution Agent to act as its agent hereunder with such powers as are specifically delegated to the Distribution Agent by the terms of this Agreement, together with such powers as are reasonably incidental thereto. The Distribution Agent shall not have a fiduciary relationship in respect of any Lender by reason of this Agreement.
