Alterations to These Terms and Conditions. 21.1 These Terms are subject to alteration by notice to you. Any alteration shall be effective immediately on service in accordance with Clause 22 and shall apply to all open Positions and unfilled orders as at and after the effective date of the change.

Alterations to These Terms and Conditions. We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. For material changes, we will notify the User one (1) month before the change to the Terms and Conditions becomes effective. During this one (1) month period prior to the change coming into effect, the User shall have the right to inform Jinius of its disagreement with the revisions to the Terms and Conditions and terminate this Agreement and the use of Platform. The User understands and agrees that its silence or its continued use of the Services after this notice period will be deemed to constitute the User’s acceptance of the change. A shorter notice period may apply, if necessary, to comply with Applicable Laws, or if reasonably necessary to protect or improve the security of the User’s account or our Services or to prevent fraud.
Alterations to These Terms and Conditions. 4.1 Any of the Services or terms or conditions of this Agreement may be amended or deleted and any new services or terms or conditions may be added provided that such amendment or deletion is by written agreement between the Parties, signed by the duly authorised representatives of each of the Parties.

All responses to RFQs must include detailed price information, including but not limited to: hours required per title, cost per hour, etc. Travel, lodging and per diem costs must be itemized in the total quote and may not exceed the rates in the NYS OSC Travel Policy. PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR NEW YORK STATE CERTIFIED SERVICE- DISABLED VETERAN OWNED BUSINESSES Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law provides for more meaningful participation in public procurement by certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (“SDVOB”), thereby further integrating such businesses into New York State’s economy. OGS recognizes the need to promote the employment of service-disabled veterans and to ensure that certified service-disabled veteran-owned businesses have opportunities for maximum feasible participation in the performance of OGS contracts. In recognition of the service and sacrifices made by service-disabled veterans and in recognition of their economic activity in doing business in New York State, Bidders are expected to consider SDVOBs in the fulfillment of the requirements of the Contract.
