Additional Functionality. Microsoft may provide additional functionality for the software. Other license terms and fees may apply.
Additional Functionality. Any additional functionality provided on Licensor Products shall not impose additional license terms and/or fees on the Government.

This Professional Services Schedule applies to all Professional Services provided by ChristianSteven pursuant to a Statement of Work or other document. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this Schedule, the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement will govern unless otherwise expressly overridden by a provision contained in this Schedule. Capitalized terms used in this Schedule have the meaning assigned in the Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.

Licensee acknowledges that the Software may contain the capability to self-report back to Objectway Technologies any issues with the Software, the Licensee Computer and other relevant metrics ("Reported Data"). In addition, Licensee acknowledges that if such capability is disabled or otherwise unavailable, Licensee may lose the ability to use other features and functionality of the Software.

If Onvia wants to add products, services or content which do not fall within the categories listed in this Exhibit D, the Parties will, on a case-by-case basis, work together in good faith to discuss the terms and conditions, if any, upon which such products, services or content may be permitted, if and to the extent mutually agreed.
