Accidental Death Insurance. The State shall provide a State-sponsored Accidental Death Insurance Plan which has a benefit of $100,000 in case of an employee's accidental death in line of duty.
Accidental Death Insurance. The accidental death insurance policy the County maintains for employees covered by this Agreement shall be payable in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to an employee’s designated beneficiary for death or personal loss caused by an accident on or off the job.
Accidental Death Insurance. In addition to any other life insurance or death benefit provided by the County, the County shall pay a death benefit of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) upon the death of any employee covered by this Agreement whose death results from an accident on or off the job.

Death must result directly from an Accident, and independently from any other If the attending Physician determines and confirms in writing that as a result of an Emergency, You are incapable of driving Your Vehicle to Your residence in Your prov- ince of residence or to the nearest appropriate rental agency, the Insurer will reimburse the lesser of the following actual reasonable and necessary costs incurred to return Your Vehicle, up to a maximum of CAN $2,000.
Accidental Death Insurance. The Town agrees to provide each employee with $20,000.00 of accidental death insurance (service connected), and to pay one-half (1/2) of the premium cost therefore.

Roadside Assistance The benefit provides roadside service for up to $80 per occurrence limit. There will be one occurrence for the same service during any continuous seven-day period and a maximum of four services per twelve-month period. Covered services include towing assistance, battery service, flat tire assistance, fuel, oil, fluid, water delivery, lock-assistance, collision assistance and extrication assistance. The roadside assistance is offered through Road America Motor Club. Refer to the Roadside Assistance Terms and Conditions at xxx.XxXxxx.xxx for a complete list of terms and conditions. This is not a Roadside Assistance reimbursement service.
Accidental Death Insurance. The City provides accidental death insurance to its employees at no cost to the employee. The benefit payable in the event of accidental death is up to Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00).
Accidental Death Insurance. Pursuant to the provisions of MGL c32B, s11D, the City shall provide and pay seventy- five (75%) percent of the premium cost, for service-connected group accidental death insurance coverage in an amount equal to twice the maximum amount to which each eligible employee would be entitled if insured for the maximum amount of group accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided under MGL c32B, s11A. It is understood that the City may decide to be a self-insurer. In the absence of an effective insurance policy, the City shall be deemed a self-insurer hereunder.
