Access to Account Information. You agree that all borrowers and authorized users will have access to information regarding transactions on your account, including but not limited to purchases and cash advances, account balances, account history, payments and other information relating to or arising with regard to this account or any transaction.

Access to Account Information. You agree that all owners, borrowers and authorized users, may have access to all of the information you provide to us, or which we gather and maintain regarding our relationships with you; and that they may provide authority to others. This includes, but is not limited to information regarding transactions, account history, your loan relationships with us, and other information relating to or arising with regard to any of your accounts, loans or other services with us. Further, you understand that we utilize a consolidated statement for your accounts, account services, loans and all other services with us. You understand and agree that we are authorized to send jointly and/or provide to any individual owner or borrower a statement that includes all of the information on the consolidated statement even though all parties receiving the statement may not be owners or borrowers as to all of the accounts or services addressed in the statement. c. You hereby consent and agree that we may share any information regarding your obligations with us or collateral pledged to secure any obligations you owe to the Credit Union with the persons listed in this subsection if we receive a request which we in good faith believe to be related to any such obligations, refinancings, sales, trades, transfers, exchange or Transactions. Also, you consent and agree that we may provide pay-off or payment information to persons or entities who seek to make payments on your behalf, including potential “pay-offs”. Access to Account Information. You may use the Service to receive, download, store, or print information regarding an Account that is routinely set forth in the statement for the Account, debits and credits made to the Account, amounts and item numbers for items drawn on the Account (if applicable), and the daily Account balance (including interest credited to an Account and finance charges accrued on a Loan). All account information provided via the Service will be current as of the end of the preceding business day, and is subject to further adjustment and correction. Because the information is made available to you as “raw data” furnished through the Service Provider and is subject to change, we cannot assure you of the accuracy or completeness of the Account information and expressly disclaim the same. Xxxxxx State Bank will continue to send the usual periodic statement of account to you. Please note that adjustments may have been made to your Account in connection with the preparation of your statement.

Access to Account Information. Bank shall provide electronic email notification to the City upon any occurrence of balance change or other change of status to either an Escrow Account or a Reserve Account. In addition, Bank will provide the City password-protected, electronic, on-line access to review Escrow Account, Reserve Account and Reflow Escrow Account. However, disbursement of funds can only occur from an Escrow Account in accordance with Section 2.04 and from a Reserve Account in accordance with Section 3.04.
Access to Account Information. The Borrower shall grant the Lenders and the Administrative Agent online viewing access to the account statements relating to the Collection Account and the Interest Reserve Account.
