Common use of Acceptance of Employment Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Employment. Employee hereby accepts employment and agrees to devote his full time with the Company's business and shall not be involved in any activities whatsoever which interfere with Employee's: (1) employment with the Company; (2) satisfaction of Employee's obligations on behalf of the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; or (3) activities on behalf of the Company in the discharge of his duties during the Company's business hours.

Acceptance of Employment. Employee hereby accepts employment by Employer on the terms and agrees to devote his full time with the Company's business conditions herein provided and shall not be involved in any activities whatsoever which interfere with Employee's: (1) employment with the Company; (2) satisfaction of Employee's obligations on behalf of the Company pursuant agrees, subject to the terms of this Agreement; or (3) activities on behalf , to devote all of the Company in the discharge of his duties Employee’s full business time to Employer’s affairs. Employee shall not during the Company's Employment Term engage, directly or indirectly, in any other business hoursactivity (whether or not pursued for pecuniary advantage) which might interfere with Employee’s duties and responsibilities hereunder.
