Your Package definition

Your Package means the Package you have chosen, details of which are set out in the Welcome Letter, including your Minimum Term. There may be more than one Package available for you to choose from and if so, you will need to select one before you're Connected to Three. Depending on the Package you choose, you may receive an allowance made up of Units, being voice Units, text Units and data Units, which entitle you to a specified number of voice minutes, text messages and/or data - details of these are set out in the Price Guide. The Packages we offer may be changed or withdrawn from time to time, and can be viewed at Three.co.uk or details requested from Three Customer Services.

Examples of Your Package in a sentence

  • Your request must state Your identity, Your Subscription number, the name of Your Package, and the installation address concerned.

  • In the event of Termination of your Package being served by Us or You, You agree to pay the prevailing rates for Your core membership rate, and any additional advertising products or services that will continue to be purchased after the Termination of Your Package.

  • During the period in which Your Package changes, You will continue to use Your existing Package.Your invoicing will change according to the terms and conditions of the new Package at the time the invoice is sent for the month during which the activation of the new Package shall take place (You are reminded in this respect that invoicing takes place at the beginning of the current month).We will notify You by email in case of refusal of Your request to change Packages.

  • Your data speed may be affected (please note, Your consumption is not counted at night from 01:00 am to 06:00 am local time for the calculation of Your prioritized data) until the start of the next monthly period of Your Package.

  • If purchased by You as part of Your individual Services or included in Your Package, We will include a copyright notice in each copy of the Work and/ or secure a unique International Standard Book Number (ISBN) for each version of the Work, as requested by You.

Related to Your Package

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.
