Your normal working hours are set out in Schedule 1, but in order to meet the demands of your position you will be required to work as can be reasonably expected of someone assuming the position. This may include travelling and working outside normal hours to undertake and accomplish your duties pursuant to this agreement.
Your normal. Working Hours are set out in Schedule 1. The Company reserves the right to vary your Normal Working Hours necessary to meet its business requirements, in line with the UAE Labour Law. Holidays 9.1 A holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December. You shall be entitled to paid annual vacation as set out in Schedule 1, which is accrued pro rata during the year. Holiday may only be taken during the Probationary Period with the explicit written consent of your manager. 9.2 The Employee shall be entitled to carry forward eleven (11) days of accrued but untaken holiday entitlement to a subsequent holiday year, provided always that any holiday carried forward must be used by no later than 30 June in the next holiday year or it will be lost 9.3 You shall also be entitled to all UAE national holidays declared by the UAE government for the private sector.
Your normal place of work is the Company's office at _____________, You will, if and for as long as required by the Company, make visit in the ordinary course of your duties to such places anywhere in the world as it may reasonably specify. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall not be required to spend more than 45 working days in any period of 90 working days (nor more than a total of 90 working days in any period of 365 days) working, stationed, or travelling away from your normal place of work. It is recognised that due to the nature of your work you may be asked to exceed these limits from time to time and it is agreed that you will not unreasonably withhold your consent to such requests, provided always that you shall notify the Company as soon as reasonably practicable of any period to be spent travelling away from your normal place of work and in any event you shall give the Company Secretary two weeks' notice if any proposed visit would result in you exceeding the limits specified in this Clause 1.7. You agree that if you do not comply with these notification provisions, any visit which results in you exceeding the limits set out in this Clause 1.7 shall not be a breach of this Agreement.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Serious means violations that either result in one or more neg- ative outcomes and significant actual harm to residents that does not constitute imminent danger, or there is a reasonable predictability of recurring actions, practices, situations, or incidents with potential for causing significant harm to a resident, or both.

  • Mysterious Disappearance means any disappearance of Property which, after a reasonable investigation has been conducted, cannot be explained.

  • Your Information means any information relating to you, your use of the EB Services, your Electronic Instructions, your Transactions and your Accounts, including any Personal Data you provide to us.3.3 ERP Linked Services.(a) The ERP Linked Services allow you to obtain information relating to your Accounts, provide Electronic Instructions to us via the ERP Platform and use such other features, facilities or functionalities as we shall make available from time to time.(b) You irrevocably and unconditionally authorise any User to sign up and activate the ERP Linked Services.3.4 Disclosure of Your Information. In addition to Clause 8.2 of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions and Clause 2.1 of this Section, you acknowledge and agree that we and our officers, employees and agents are authorised to provide or disclose Your Information to any ERP Provider and/or its affiliates. You agree and acknowledge that we shall have no responsibility or liability or control over any ERP Provider’s disclosure, use or handling of Your Information.3.5 Use of the ERP Linked Services.(a) To use the ERP Linked Services, you must be a subscriber of the ERP Platform or have a valid licence from the ERP Provider to use its ERP Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with your subscription to or licence of the ERP Platform and any infrastructure (including without limitation any equipment, software, network or communication facilities) required to support your use of the ERP Platform. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.
