Xxxxxxxx Assets means those assets purchased by the Borrower pursuant to that certain Asset Purchase Agreement among the Borrower, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx Company, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx dated December 30, 1997.
