Xxxxxxx Loan Agreement definition

Xxxxxxx Loan Agreement means the Credit Agreement dated July 3 1, 2002, among the Company, RMT LLC, RMT, the Lenders party thereto from time to time, Xxxxxx Brothers Inc., as Arranger, and Xxxxxx Commercial Paper Inc., as Syndication Agent and as Administrative Agent.

Xxxxxxx Loan Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement dated as of September 23, 1993 between Borrower and Xxxxxxx Bank of Broward County, N.A. (now Bank of America, N.A.), as amended, and as may be further amended, restated, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
